College Cooking Program

If you’re a high school or college aged student, chances are your campus is surrounded by a bunch of unhealthy fast food options and processed food snack machines. You may even have a dorm with limited cooking space and feel like your only option is to hit the closest cafeteria or boil up a pack of Ramen noodles.

Say good-bye to the "Freshman 15" and instead teach delicious meals using simple ingredients, simple tools, and simple preparation methods. This “Healthy College Cooking 101” is made up of a series of 4 classes.
